Google User Data (YouTube Integration)

Our Service allows users to connect their Google account in order to upload videos directly to their YouTube channel.

Data We Access

When a user connects their YouTube account, we may access limited Google user data strictly necessary to provide this feature, including:

  • YouTube channel identifier
  • YouTube channel name/title
  • Upload status and video publishing confirmation

We do not access, store, or process users’ email contents, Google Drive files, contacts, or any other Google account data beyond what is required to identify the connected YouTube channel and upload videos on the user's behalf.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used solely to:

  • Display which YouTube channel is connected
  • Upload videos that the user explicitly chooses to publish
  • Confirm the publishing result and associate the video with the correct user account

All video uploads are initiated directly by the user through the Service.

Data Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as the user keeps their YouTube account connected to our Service. This data is limited to basic channel identification information required for functionality.

Data Deletion

Users may disconnect their Google/YouTube account at any time within the Service. Upon disconnection:

  • All associated Google user data stored by us is deleted within 30 days
  • Access tokens are revoked and no further access to the user’s Google data occurs
